As someone who has struggled with depression, burnout, and the pressure to succeed, I am passionate about breaking the stigma around our human reactions to fast-paced performance environments and workplaces.
Through my scientific perspective and practical tools, I aim to help individuals develop and grow through their experiences. I train my clients from a scientific perspective with practical tools on how to grow and develop.
